Maintenance of 30 hectares of sports turf and passive reserves across 20 sites within the City of Tea Tree Gully.
We are currently in our 18th consecutive year contract across multiple contracts for this client where we are responsible for any of the following under a schedule of rates:
- Reel Mowing
- Rotary Mowing
- Deep Tine Aeration
- Hollow Tine Coring
- Pest, Disease and Weed Control
- Topdressing
- Scarifying
- Direct Seeding
- Returfing
The mowing works are scheduled on a season basis and carried out in the manner that the season requires, EG weekly reel mowing of cricket grounds during the cricket season etc.
Renovation works are carried out on a programmed basis. Timeframes are scheduled with the contract superintendent and carried out to meet the clients preferred timeframes.
This work is all carried out under a schedule of rates.
